Carroll Francine Bell, age 82, of Birmingham, passed away February 12, 2010. Services will be on Wednesday, February 24, at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Andy Kennedy officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. She is survived by her husband Dr. Richard D. Bell PhD, and a sister Marjorie Williams of Birmingham. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
