Carol Jefferson Franklin

CAROL FRANKLIN, 76, from Leeds AL passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was survived by her husband of 56 years, Terry Franklin, her three daughters, Robin Isbell (Barry), Wendy Summers (Mike) and Mary Wilson(Billy), two sisters, one brother, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Carol was a devoted member of Leeds First Methodist Church where she was a part of the Lady Seekers Sunday School Class and participated in the Women's Bible Study Group. Carol was also a long time member of the Leeds Senior Citizens Program and she enjoyed camping with her family. Carol enjoyed playing the mandolin with the Still Kickin Pickers Group who sometimes entertained the residents at various community retirement homes. Visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville on May 14, 2026 from 1-2 pm with graveside service immediately following
