CARLSON, MRS. CAROL COLEMAN, 57, of Birmingham, AL died Wednesday, February 24, 2010. She was a devoted follower of Christ and attended North Park Baptist Church in Trussville, AL. She was a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She is survived by her spouse, Gerald (Jerry) Carlson; daughter, Cassondra Ishani; daughter, Velinda Thomas; son, Dana Carlson; brother, Lawrence E. Coleman; brother, Dennis Wayne Coleman; sister, Bonnie Coleman Glass; 12 grandchildren, Falicia McLaughlin (Scott), Sheila Carlson, Shawn Carlson, Zhaleh Ishani, Macaylin Hayes, Amy Carlson, Shawdie Ishani, Darian Ishani, Caden Carlson, Caleb Carlson, Cayla Carlson, Jeremy Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East, Trussville AL, Reverend Philip Pruitt officiating. Visitation is Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
