Byron E. Cobb, age 61 of Birmingham, AL passed away peacefully on Monday, February 16, 2015. Byron was born on February 25, 1953 in Weir, MS. He is preceded in death by his father, John W. Cobb. He is survived by his mother, Lora M. Cobb; sister, Sandra Heflin (Gary); nephews, Gary Heflin, Jr. and William Heflin; nieces, Lynn Yousif (Nidal) and Loretta Gass (Michael); uncles, Robert Cobb (Creasie) and David Cobb (Barbara); aunts, Virginia Jackson and Sara Cobb, along with a host of other relatives, friends, and acquaintances. Services will be on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
