Betty Washburn

Betty Jo Tate Washburn passed away on May 18th at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen O. Washburn and her daughter Lela Ann Johnson. Betty is survived by her grandsons Brian Aston and Tate Johnson and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 4 stepchildren Randy, Ken, Barry Washburn and Sue Moore, sister in law Mary Ann Howard and Pat Washburn.

Family would like to thank Kelley Self and the staff at PeachTree assisted living and Journey Hospice for their wonderful care.

Visitation will be on Thursday May 23, from 11:00 am till 12:00 noon and graveside at 12:00 noon at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. Rev. Rusty Tate officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations should be made to your favorite charity in memory of Betty.
