Betty Poe

Betty Poe, age 74 of Birmingham, AL passed away on March 25, 2019. She was a native of West Blocton, AL and attended West Blocton High School. Betty enjoyed gardening and listening to country music. She was a big fan of Loretta Lynn. She loved Alabama Football. She was preceded in death by her loving husband and friend of over 20 years, Johnny Poe; brother, Bartee Perry and her sister Myrtle Jordan. Betty is survived by her two sons, David Wells and Dennis Wells (Laura); grandchildren, Seger Wells and Hunter Wells and Alexis Deal; sisters, Judy Majors, Brenda Reynolds and Dorothy West. A memorial service for Betty will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 2nd at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will gather thirty minutes prior to the service.
