Betty Ellis

ELLIS, BETTY W. age 75, of Center Point, passed away at St. Vincent's East hospital on June 10, 2011. Mrs. Ellis was retired from 25 years of service as a bookkeeper for McKesson & Robbins. She and her husband, Ronald Ellis, were married for 57 years. She was a member of the Roebuck Parkway Church of Christ. She was known to all as a faithful servant. Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her brother Billy Porter Womack. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Ellis; daughter, Karen Ellis (Sheldon Whisenhunt); son Brian Ellis (Diane); sister, Bobbie Clark (James); grandchildren Lindsey, Daniel and Cody Griffin; great-granddaughter Emilee McKinnon. Funeral services will be on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 2:00PM with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 6:00PM - 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roebuck Parkway Church of Christ building fund
