Bernice Marie Salerno, age 83 of Gardendale, AL passed away November 29, 2014. Bernice will be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Salerno was survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Frank Salerno, Jr.; children: Cecilia Junkins and Joyce Davidson; grandchildren: Jonathan Junkins, Brandon Davidson, Meredith Robinson and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service; the service will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel at 2pm. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville.
