Benny Harris

Benny J. Harris, age 61 of Hayden, AL passed away on August 17, 2015. He was a member of New Castle Baptist Church. He retired from General Steel Tank where he was a welder and fitter. He is survived by his wife, Peggy L. Harris; son, James D. Harris (Kim); brothers, Clovis B. Harris, Jr. (Joyce), Jimmie B. Harris (Martha) and Billy R. Harris (Angela); grandchildren, Haley H. White (Travis), Cassidy Harris, Kelsey Harris, Dalton Harris, Lexi Harris, Ty Carlee and Erin Carlee; great grandson, Carson White; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 5 to 7 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be on Thursday at 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial and the burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
