Arranelle R. Meisner, age 94, of Birmingham, passed away April 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward W. Meisner, sister Varina Corbin, brother Ewart L. Rogers, and grandchild Chelsea M. Rowe. Chapel services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 12pm until 2pm Wednesday. She is survived by her son Ronald Rowe (Carol), granddaughter Carrie L. Miller (Jeremy), sisters Francine Golden, and Elaine Orth. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
