Annie Laura Forman, a cherished mother, grandmother, and beloved member of her community, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026. Born on March 1, 1938, Annie lived a life marked by her devotion to family and the simple joys of gardening, cooking, and decorating with those she held dear.

Annie’s warmth and kindness were felt by all who knew her. She had a remarkable way of bringing people together, creating a welcoming atmosphere through her love of home and garden. Her talents in the kitchen were complemented by her creative spirit, which shone brightly in every space she adorned alongside family and friends.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Terri Elliott and Linda Ray, who carry forward her legacy of strength and love. Annie’s cherished grandchildren, David Ray (Val), Christopher Elliott, and Janna Clark (Clint), recall the many moments spent with her in laughter and learning, as do her four great-grandchildren who were blessed to know her gentle presence.

The family also mourns the loss of Joshua Ray, her grandson, whose memory remains forever in their hearts.

Annie’s life will be honored at a graveside service on June 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, located at 1591 Gadsden Highway, Birmingham, AL 35235. This gathering will be an opportunity for all who loved her to pay their respects and celebrate a life beautifully lived.
