Annie Elnora Day Baty "Dolly", age 76 of Pinson, AL passed away on October 6, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Baty. Mrs. Baty is survived by her daughter, Jeri Harrison (David) Upchurch of Lawrence, KS; sons, Stanley Baty, John Baty (Susan) and William Andrew Baty all of Pinson, AL; grandchildren, Timothy Harrison (Lindsay) and Joy Elizabeth McClure (Rustin); great grandchildren, Declan Harrison, Elleanna Harrison, Keegan McClure, and Owen McClure. Graveside services will be on Saturday Oct 9, at 2pm, with burial in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Scooba, MS.
