Anna Marie Wagner

Anna Marie Wagner, age 57 of Centerpoint, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 9, 2026, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Anna was born on August 24th, 1968 to George "Kelly" Deaver & Jacqueline Anderson Deaver in Birmingham Alabama.

After graduating from Mortimer Jordan High School in 1986, Anna went on to later find Daina, who became the love of her life for 32 years.

The amazing staff at UAB St. Vincent's One Nineteen provided her with a very fulfilling career as a physical therapist where she excelled in patient care. Anna's passion was always in helping people and putting others needs before her own. Anna was, and still remains to be, an inspiration on what it truly means to be selfless, caring, compassionate and patient.

Anna was a woman of strong faith and devoted member of Grace Temple Church in Springville. When Anna wasn't watching a "Jaws" marathon she could be found at church, the gym, simply spending time with friends and family or adopting all of the neighborhood cats. She had a huge love for animals and was a proud member of the ASPCA.

Anna is preceded in death by her father & mother, George & Jacqueline.
She is survived by her husband, Daina Wagner, her daughter Amethyst Floyd (Brandon), her grandsons Carson & Cooper, her daughter Adrienne Cleckler (Christian), her brother James "Jimmy" Deaver, her sister-in-law Tonya Deaver, her niece Carmen Burson, her nephew Tyler Deaver, as well as countless others that she loved.

Anna's life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Wednesday, April 15th at 11:00am with service to follow at 12:00pm. Internment will be held after service inside of the mausoleum. Pastor Frankie Harris to be officiating.
