Anna Sue Smith

Anna Sue Brooks Smith of Mount Olive, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 93 years of age. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry Albert Brooks and Nettie Horsley Brooks. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Wilburn Leon Smith, her daughters Diana Williams (Terry) and Cathy Landers (Matt), and her grandchildren Tim Dunn, Nicole Landers and Natalie Landers. Sue grew up in Tarrant, Alabama and was a lifelong member of Plainview Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens in Trussville, Alabama with services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Brother Tim Tidwell will officiate. Music by Chris Pruitt. Burial will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
