Allen Ray Phillips, Sr. age 87, of New Castle, passed away December 5, 2017. He was a member of New Castle UMC, retired from US Steel after 34 years and enjoyed walking especially at Black Creek Park. Chapel services will be held on Thursday, Dec 7 at 12pm with visitation from 11am until 12pm. He is survived by his sons Kerry Phillips (Teresa), Steven Phillips, grandchildren Jeromy Phillips, Jason Phillips, Amanda Price and 4 great grandchildren.
