Albert Tinney,IV

Albert Frank Tinney, IV, a son, brother, uncle and father. He was born with a loving and kind heart. This was visible to anyone that ever met him. He enjoyed outdoors from an early age whether it was sports, fishing, camping or just throwing a ball in the yard. He is preceded in death by his grandfather,  Albert Frank Tinney, Jr., stepmother, Rhonda Elaine Tinney. He leaves behind his daughter, Maise Tinney; mother, Sherrie Tinney; father, Albert Frank Tinney, III; sister, Katie Cross; nephew, Will Cross; brother-in-law, Ethan Cross; sister, Grace Compton; grandmothers, Betty Tinney and Carolyn Thomas; grandfather, Wayne Thomas.
