Ada Irene Parr Taylor

Ada Irene Parr Taylor was born on May 30, 1937 in Birmingham, AL and grew up in the Norwood community. She spent her later years in Leeds, AL. Ada left to celebrate eternity in Heaven on April 25, 2026, just shy of her 89th birthday.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Taylor Freeman (Gaylon), David Taylor (Hope); seven grandchildren, Steven Freeman (Heather), Cheryl Freeman Milam (Brian), Jonathan Freeman (Allie), Brandy Taylor Eberhart, Chaz Taylor, Amy Phillips Riggs, Michael Phillips; stepgrandson, Travis Vanderslice; and nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William H. Parr and Elizabeth Lahman Markham; brother, James Parr; sister, Brenda Markham; and daughter, Tammy Taylor Phillips.

Ada was a woman of great faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her life was one of service to others and love of family. She is completely healed and singing praises to the Lord.
